Failing to recognize the need for intercultural training in culturally diverse workplaces will lead to problems. Increased cultural awareness will lead to a better working environment, less frustration, improved communication and cooperation, more predictable deliveries as well as reduced risk of loss of revenues and reputation.
We have several years of experience with conducting courses in intercultural communication. Our courses get excellent feedback where the participants state that this type of training should be mandatory for everybody working with persons other cultures and that problems they have encountered in the past could have been avoided if they had attended sooner.
The trainings have practical examples from the workplace where the participants learn what is expected from them in the actural culture. The participants become more confident by understanding what to expect and how to behave.

We also do voluntary work for Red Cross by conducting "Working with Norwegians" free of charge for immigrant women in Norway.
