Our most popular product is called "Working with Norwegians" explaining how Norwegians think and act in business and social settings. Norway has a very different work culture from most other cultures and few Norwegians are actually aware of this. They will usually not think about explaining any of this to their non-Norwegian colleagues. The course will explain the typical traits of the Norwegian culture before proceeding with practical scenarios from the workplace in which cultural differences typically come to the surface, with specific tips on what is expected behaviour in Norway.
The content and duration of the presentations and trainings will be tailored to suit your needs. The trainings can be conducted English or Norwegian, inside our after business hours according to your preference.
